Contract Time: There is no fixed time contract to advertise or use the service however the potential user MUST accept the minimum time specified by the BIZWORLDUSA. The potential user can also opt and extra time frame at their own will before submitting the final payments

Foreign Currency Charges: You may be further charged by your financial institution or the bank from where you have intended to pay the fees and such further charges may called as extra transactions fee or foreign currency fee or other fee used by your institution. If we unable to process payment from your payment details we regret to say that we will suspend your subscriptions and advertisements until further valid payment has been processed and approved by the Lender.
Changes if the Fee (for Existing Users) : The BIZWORLDUSA may change the fee for the service from time to time. All the changes of fee will be applied to the current subscribed users who already paid fee for the certain services, ONLY after expiry of the accepted frame period. The new fee will apply at expiry of current valid period. FOR the all new services / Advertisement/ for the current subscriber and for all new subscribers the new current fee will be applied.
Notification in Change of Fee: The BIZWORLDUSA will notify to the all subscribers such change in the fee policy, amount etc at least 60 Days advance and such notice will send as EMAIL ONLY. It is the SOLELY responsibility of the subscriber to read, understand and accept the changes.
Email Spam: Some time emails may go to the SPAM folder depending upon the software, anti virus used on your computer. It is SOLELY your responsibility to check your spam folder for such emails and keep the BIZWORLDUSA emails in to your incoming folder.
Change of Service: If the user intend to change the level of Subscription from lower level to higher level at any time and you will be charged for the differences at the time of changes. However if you intend to change from Higher level to Lower level it CAN BE DONE ONLY at the time of renewal. It is SOLELY user’s responsibility to read, understand and acknowledge before using this portal services.

All fees are Non Refundable or Non Transferable. There are no pro-rated refunds available.
